PHILIP S. BLANCATO
Philip Blancato is the President and CEO of Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management, Chairman of the Ladenburg Investment Policy Committee and Chief Market Strategist at Osaic.

Philip is a thirty-two-year veteran of the financial services industry with a specialized knowledge of portfolio and risk management, asset allocation, and macro-economic theory as well as constructing and implementing seamlessly integrated platforms of fee-based solutions. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, Philip worked for PowellJohnson as the Managing Director of Advisory Services where he directed the creation and implementation of a suite of fee-based platforms. Philip also worked for Prudential Securities beginning in 1990 where he held various positions within the Investment Management Services division. In 1996 he assumed the role of First Vice President and Director of Portfolio Management Programs. His primary function was to develop and improve upon the positioning and functionality of discretionary fee-based programs. During Philip’s tenure the Portfolio Management division became one of the most successful divisions within Prudential Securities, with assets in excess of $16 billion.

In 1990 Philip received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kean University, and in 1998 a Marketing Continuing Education degree from New York University. In 2003 he became an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, and in 2005 he completed the Securities Industry Association accredited program at Wharton Business School.

Philip has been quoted several times in the Wall Street Journal and Reuters, frequently appears on CNBC and Fox Business, and speaks at industry conferences on topics such as investment management, portfolio risks and diversification, and alternative investments.
JAIME L. DESMOND
Jaime is the Chief Operating Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. She oversees legal, compliance and operations and is directly responsible for product and personnel management, marketing strategy, and strategic partnerships. Jaime is also the Co-Chairperson for the Osaic Women Forward initiative which provides educational and networking opportunities for female financial professionals. In 2016, Jaime was named as one of the 50 Top Women in Wealth Management by Private Asset Management Magazine. She has appeared on CNBC and Reuters and contributed articles to various industry publications.

Jaime joined Ladenburg Thalmann from PowellJohnson where she was an Associate Director of Advisory Services where she created and managed the suite of fee-based platforms and established a career development program for the firm's Advisors with a specific focus on fiduciary responsibilities, Advisor coaching and team building. Prior to PowellJohnson, Jaime worked for Prudential Securities as an Associate Vice President and Manager of the Prudential Securities Portfolio Managed department overseeing 500 Financial Advisors and $4 billion in assets under management. She started her career at PaineWebber in the training department, as the program coordinator for the Investment Management Consulting program, a specialized portfolio management training course. Jaime received a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University and completed the Accredited Investment Fiduciary course.
MADELINE RUTINEL
Madeline serves as Chief Compliance Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management, bringing more than 20 years of financial service industry experience to the role. Madeline oversees the firm’s compliance and risk management efforts. She is responsible for the internal compliance and ethics programs and the development and effectiveness of regulatory policies and procedures for the firm. Madeline joined Ladenburg Thalmann through the firm’s acquisition of Gilford Securities, where she held numerous leadership positions in financial services and operations in that organization. Madeline is licensed as a General Securities Representative, a Uniform Investment Advisor and a Uniform Securities States Agent. Madeline graduated from Berkeley College where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
MATT CROSBY
Matt is a Research Associate for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. He is responsible for market research and analysis, fund manager due diligence for the Ladenburg Asset Management Program and assists with the Ladenburg Funds. Matt graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance in May of 2023.
JENNIE CHI BERNSTEIN
Jen works in the Operations group for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management, where she is responsible for overseeing day to day operation responsibilities in new account processing, cash movements, billing and various account services. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management Jen worked in the Operations department for EII Capital Management, where she was responsible for reconciling high net worth European and North American client portfolios. She was also responsible for liaising with fund administrators and custodians on the daily trading operations and the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients. Jen has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She specializes in reconciling portfolios, implementing new systems, monitoring compliance rules and servicing clients. Jen graduated from State University of Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Sociology.
MACKENZIE CARLSON
Mackenzie Carlson is an Investment Product Associate for Ladenburg Asset Management. She is responsible for marketing investment products managed by the asset management division. Additionally, she acts as a liaison to advisors providing education on asset management services, assists in client presentations, and manages relationships between advisors and the firm. She also coordinates materials and assists with generating sales and marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Ladenburg , she worked as a Technology Assurance Audit Associate in the banking sector at KPMG. Mackenzie graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration in Accounting and Financial Planning, Master of Accounting, and a Graduate Certificate of Business Analytics.
JOYCE CHANG
Joyce is the Operations and Billing Manager for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management, where she is responsible for overseeing day to day operation responsibilities in new account processing, billing and various account services. Joyce brings to LTAM more than twenty years of experiences working in the financial industry as a Relationship Manager at Fiserv and as a Manager of Equity of Investment Group Operation from New York Life Investment Management. Joyce received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from New York Institution of Technology. She also received a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Capella University.
ELIZABETH DE SOLA
Elizabeth is an Operations and Trading Associate for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. She is responsible for placing trades within client accounts, monitoring daily account activity, and various other account services. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, Elizabeth worked as an Analyst and Trader for a Wealth Management Advisory Firm. Elizabeth attended The University of Tennessee at Knoxville bachelor’s degree in Finance with a collateral in International Business.
BEN DENNIS, CFA
Ben is an Investment Analyst for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. He is responsible for market research and analysis, fund and manager due diligence for the Ladenburg Asset Management Program (LAMP) and assists with the Ladenburg Funds. He also heads up Ladenburg Investment Research and manages the firm's Top Rated Mutual Fund and ETF Lists. Prior to joining Ladenburg, Ben worked as Lead Investment Analyst for a family office. Ben graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Finance through the Kogod School of Business. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is an active member of the CFA Society New York.
TIMOTHY ENG
Timothy is an Investment Product Associate for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. He is responsible for the marketing of investment products managed by the asset management division. Additionally, he acts as a liaison to advisors providing education on asset management services, assists in client presentations, and manages relationships between advisors and the firm. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann in 2021, he worked as a Research Analyst at DeMatteo Research. Timothy graduated from Hobart College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
SHIRLEY GILLOCK
Shirley Gillock is the Advisor Relationship Manager for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. Her role is to understand advisor needs and develop plans to address them and to cultivate profitable relationships. Shirley has a wide range of product and service knowledge, sales skills and interpersonal skills. She is highly intuitive to customer needs and is a strategic thinker to analyze and solve problems quickly. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management Shirley worked in Advisor Relations and Business Development at Investacorp. Shirley was a Registered Principal empowered to oversee operations, trading, and sales personnel. Shirley attended West Virginia University and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She majored in Finance and Economics. She is a licensed General Securities Representative, Uniform Securities Agent, General Securities Principal, Municipal Securities Principal and Equity Trader.
MIKE MEECHAN
Mike Meechan is an Investment Analyst for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. He is responsible for market research and analysis, as well as Ladenburg’s high net worth client program. Mike attended Fordham University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, Mike worked with the Asset Management group as an intern.
JOEI PARIBELLO
Joei Paribello is responsible for marketing and distributing Ladenburg's advisory services platform. She works closely with financial advisors to introduce and implement the firm's investment portfolios into their practices, and also works with Ladenburg's strategic partners to facilitate joint opportunities for growth. Prior to working at Ladenburg Thalmann, Joei worked as an investor relations analyst for J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she was responsible for marketing and client communications as well as educating advisors on the firm's alternative investment platform. Joei graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fairfield University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a concentration in Economics. Joei is licensed as a General Securities Representative and a Uniform Securities State Agent.
AIDAN REDMOND
Aidan Redmond is a Senior Research Analyst for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. He is responsible for conducting market research and analysis, fund and manager due diligence for the Ladenburg Asset Management Program (LAMP), maintenance of the top-rated funds and ETF lists, and assisting with the Ladenburg Funds. Aidan joined Ladenburg from an independent consultancy where he provided strategic guidance to institutional asset managers. Before working as a strategy consultant, Aidan worked for NEPC as a research analyst. At NEPC, Aidan was the lead analyst and primary researcher for a $7 billion multi-asset investment program. He started his career at Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management in the Multi-Manager Investment Program, conducting research and due diligence on investment managers across a wide array of asset classes and strategies. Aidan earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in finance from Quinnipiac University. He is a CAIA Charter holder, having earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation from the CAIA Association, and is a member of the CAIA Boston and CAIA New York chapters. Aidan earned a Master of Business Administration with High Distinction from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business.
AUDREY TRELOAR
Audrey is an Investment Product Associate for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. She is responsible for the marketing of investment products managed by the asset management division. Additionally, she acts as a liaison to advisors providing education on asset management services, assists in client presentations, and manages relationships between advisors and the firm. She also coordinates materials and assists with generating sales and marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, she worked as a Senior Associate in Inheritance Services at Vanguard. Audrey graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts.
TIMOTHY YORK
Tim is an Operations and Trading Associate for Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. He is responsible for monitoring day to day account activity, placing trades within client accounts, and various other account services. Tim attended Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance with an Investments concentration. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, Tim worked as an Accounting Technician and Data Analyst for a specialty insurance firm.
